His sharp instincts proved beneficial in 2007, when he sold over one million square feet of office properties just before the economic downturn. This timely decision reinforced his reputation for strategic thinking and readiness to act. Today, his portfolio spans multiple states, encompassing a diverse range of commercial properties. He has become known for his skills in repositioning assets, adapting strategies in the face of shifting economic realities, and identifying opportunities where others see risk.

The Khoshbin Company, based in Costa Mesa, California, has managed over $1.5 billion in transactions throughout its 21-year history, with a focus on industrial, retail, and office assets. While the firm began as a family office, it now selectively partners with outside investors, maintaining a hands-on approach to acquisitions and management.
